Player Accounts & Eligibility

You may begin anonymously. Some cross-device sync, purchase restoration, or membership features may require sign-in. You must provide accurate information and safeguard your device, account, and verification information.

Accounts are for personal use. We will provide reasonable assistance for losses caused by shared devices, disclosed verification information, or inadequate account security, but full restoration may not be possible.

Gameplay, Progress & Rankings

• An active round may be stored locally. Clearing data or uninstalling may remove content that has not been synced.
• A final score is sent to the rankings only after a true Game Over.
• Ranking names, avatars, and other public content must not impersonate others or contain illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate material.
• Game values, levels, rewards, and ranking rules may change for updates, bug fixes, fairness, or technical reasons.

Purchases, Pricing & Refunds

Android transactions are processed by Google Play. The purchase screen controls the actual price, currency, taxes, and payment methods. Confirm the item, price, and account before completing a purchase.

Items are granted after successful transaction verification. If an item is missing, retain your order information and contact us through the official channel. Refunds, reversals, and disputes are handled under applicable law, Google Play rules, and the nature of the item. Related diamonds, items, or entitlements may be removed after a refund.

These terms do not limit rights granted by mandatory consumer-protection laws in your location.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

You must not:

• Use cheats, automation, modified software, forged requests, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hack, decompile, bypass security or payment mechanisms, or access servers or another person’s account without authorization.
• Disrupt the service, distribute malware, send excessive requests, impersonate others, or commit fraud.
• Sell, rent, or transfer accounts, virtual currency, items, or ranking scores.
• Post infringing, illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or harmful content.

Advertising & External Services

The game may offer banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional. You may not receive a reward if an ad fails to load, the network disconnects, or playback is incomplete.

Third-party advertising, sign-in, payment, and external links are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control third-party content, but we will use reasonable procedures to address inappropriate ads or service issues.

Intellectual Property

Game software, characters, artwork, animation, audio, interfaces, text, trademarks, and related content are protected by intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service.

Without authorization, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, commercially exploit, extract assets to create a competing service, or remove rights notices.

Updates, Outages & Service Changes

We may perform maintenance, updates, balance adjustments, or add and remove features. The service may be temporarily interrupted by networks, devices, third-party services, force majeure, or emergency maintenance.

If we discontinue a major paid feature or end the service, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the game, website, store page, or another appropriate method as required by law and circumstances.

Liability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service and data security, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Keep the app and operating system updated and avoid purchases on unstable networks.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond legal requirements for device failures, network interruptions, third-party service failures, unsynced local data, or indirect losses not attributable to us. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Restrictions, Suspension & Termination

If an account is involved in cheating, fraud, payment reversal, rights violations, security threats, or a material breach of these terms, we may issue a warning, correct abnormal data, restrict features, suspend, or terminate the account.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. After deletion, rankings, progress, unused virtual currency, and some entitlements may be unrecoverable. Records required by law or transaction processing may still be retained.
